Spa Safety Assurance

As a Spa Owner, with a hospital background and many years as a commercial property manager, sanitization, sterilization and safety has always been my highest priority.

Years ago, I became concerned about the lack of legislation and inspections to the point I joined and served on the National Board of The Leading Spas of Canada assisting in setting guidelines and Best Practices for spas.

Years have passed and things are improving but not to the point that you don't need to be vigilant.

We follow the Best Practices of both the Leading Spas of Canada and The International Spa Association of which we remain a member.

We have used professional grade autoclaves for years to sterilize all non-disposable implements and the sterilization pouch will be opened in front of you before your service. Any tools that can not be put in the autoclave are given to you to take home or are discarded. We use hospital grade disinfectant to surfaces and equipment. Our Pedicure Chairs and Hydrotherapy Tub are disinfected after every client to specified safety standards.
