The tool is held at a 45 degree angle and is brushed along the skin to remove the hair and skin cells. This service will not only help you achieve that chased after glow, but it allows your professional skin care to absorb into your skin more effectively. The procedure makes skin look and feel smoother and will reduces the appearance of acne scars. This procedure can't be done on active acne.

Contraindications of Dermaplaning include:

• Current inflamed acne lesions
• Active cold sores
• Skin Cancer
• Uncontrolled diabetes
• Dermatitis
• Open skin lesions
• Use of Accutane currently or in the past 6 months
• The use of prescription retinol within a week of procedure
