- The Gift Certificate Value can be used for all spa services and/or retail products.

- Gift Certificates can be purchased online at www.envoguedayspa.com , by telephone or in person at the spa located at 2340 Cornwall Street, Regina.
Can gift certificates be ordered by telephone?
- Yes, Gift Certificates can be ordered by telephone when paying by credit card only. The three digit security number will be required to order.
What choices do I have when purchasing En Vogue Day Spa Gift Certificates?
- Gift Certificates can be purchased in ANY denomination or for a service(s) / package. If the service(s) / package is not what the recipient prefers they are able to use the dollar amount of the service(s) /package towards a treatment they prefer.
When will my credit card be charged?
- When you order online, your credit card will be charged after you confirm the purchase. When you order in person your credit card will be charged when the transaction is completed.
How do I purchase more than one gift certificate?
- If purchasing online you will need to order each gift certificate as a separate purchase. If ordering by telephone or in person you can purchase as many gift certificates you require and will be charged at the end of the transaction.
How long does it take for a gift certificate to be delivered?
- Online Gift Certificates are available immediately for printing or emailing directly to the recipient. Gift Certificates ordered by telephone will be processed in the order they are received and mailed through Canada Post. Gift Certificates sent by Canada Post are not guaranteed to arrive by specific dates.
Does the full value of the gift certificate have to be redeemed at once?
- No, the gift certificate does not have to be used all at once. The remaining balance will stay on the certificate for future use.
Do gift cards have an expiration date?
- The gift certificate does not expire. When a gift certificate has been purchased for a service(s) /package, a service price of one year will apply from date of purchase. After one year if there has been a price change the recipient will be required to pay the price difference.
Can gift cards be redeemed for cash?
- Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
How can I find out the balance on my card?
- To check your balance, please call the spa at 306-584-7272.
Can you replace my gift certificate if lost or stolen?
- No unfortunately gift certificates are like cash, if lost or stolen we are unable to honor or replace it.
