At the time of your reservation we do require a credit card number to hold and confirm your appointment time. We hold this information as part of our cancelation policy and only make necessary charges to your account on the provided credit card if our cancelation policies need to be implemented.
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. By not following policies, both our business and our En Vogue Team are impacted.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee of 50% of the scheduled service fee.
We do understand that things "come up". If we can fill the appointment time, you won’t be billed.
Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
