Lash Extensions

Eyelash Extensions

Lash extensions are applied to your individual lashes, using a specially formulated medical grade glue. The result is thicker, longer, lashes that are natural looking and so light, that you won't even feel they are there.

Lash extensions are safe for your lashes, they will not cause breakage or your own lashes to fall out before your natural lash is due to fall out.

Every hair on our bodies including our eyelashes follow a natural growth cycle. We are born with a specific number of follicles, and that number pretty much remains the same as we age. It is important to take care of your lashes so that they remain lush and full throughout your lifetime.

Eyelashes exist for protection. They activate the blink response so that dust, dirt, debris and other foreign objects don’t get lodged in our eyes. And here we thought eyelashes were just to enhance our beauty! The upper eyelid holds about 90 to 150 lashes, while the lower eyelid has about 70 to 80. Each individual eyelash is programmed to reach a certain length (3/8 of an inch on average), fall out, and then re-grow.

Lash extensions attached to your lash also fall out with the lash they are attached to during their natural cycle.

Allergic reactions to lash adhesives are rare, but if you have sensitive eyes, we recommend a patch test. This appointment includes a consultation to familiarize you with the procedure. Consultation is free of charge ~ 15 minutes

Classic Full Lash Extensions $150
Classic Lash Extensions are a 1:1 ratio of one extension applied to one natural lash. Your lash specialist will determine the proper length, thickness and curl to give the best result for your natural lashes. An extension can't be placed where there is no natural lash so if you have sparse lashes you may want to consider the Hybrid Lash Extension option.

How To Take Care Of Eyelash Extensions

Common Concerns Regarding Eyelash Extension After Care

Do use ONLY water based (oil-free) eye make-up and eye make-up remover: Use a small, cotton based tipped applicator to gently remove eye-make up. Do be gentle while cleansing the eye area and pat lashes dry.

Do use a sealer. A sealer will help protect and extend the life of your lashes from harmful particles such as dirt and oil.

Do schedule a touch-up session Lash Artist: The natural lash life cycle is about 100 days and the eyelash extensions may fall off during this period of negligent care by client. Touch-ups are recommended to be done every 2 weeks to replace any lashes that may have fallen off within that time period.

Don't use regular, over-the-counter mascaras: We recommend using specially formulated mascara for eyelash extensions. Put the mascara only on the tips of the extensions - do not apply from the root of eyelashes

Do not use lash curlers

Don't receive acidic facials: Acidic peels such as Chemical Peels, Alpha and/or Beta Hydroxy Peels will dissolve the bonding age nt of eyelash extensions.

Don't excessively rub lashes or eyes while washing face.

Don't use oil-based eye products around or on the eyes. Oil-based products around or on the eyes will dissolve the bonding agent of eyelash extensions.
